WHY THEY BUILT IT

Every clinician remembers why they started: the moment they realized they could make someone’s worst day a little better. The work is full of those moments. The recognition almost never is.

Most feedback that reaches a clinician is the hard kind: a complaint, an incident report, a score. When praise does come, it’s usually a single person awarded while everyone else’s daily effort goes unseen. That isn’t the recognition people deserve by showing up and caring, shift after shift.

We built Reignition to change what gets noticed. The small acts of care aren’t extra, they are the job, and they deserve to be seen every day, for everyone who earns it. Because giving clinicians back the reason they started is how you reignite the people medicine depends on.

Our commitment

Never punitive. By architecture, not by policy.

Ember Ion LLC has a provisional patent application on file for the architecture.

Positive only

Every message is validated before it routes.

Never a performance record

Recognition is kept out of HR and performance systems.

Consent decides what moves

With Outcome Sharing off, no clinical data reaches the model.

Providers can opt-out

Silent, immediate, and it persists across every flow.
