How it works
From a thank-you at the bedside to a trend on the dashboard.
Registration captures a phone number.
Nothing else changes in your intake.
A one-time SMS token reaches the patient after discharge.
No app, no portal, no password.
The patient picks their providers.
MD/DO, NP, PA, RN, and thanks them in their own words.
The clinician sees it, and learns how the story ended.
The loop closes on the person who earned it.
01 · A text at discharge. A link during the stay.
The patient gets one sentence and one link. No app, no login, no account.
The patient gets one sentence and one link. No app, no login, no account.
Two independent consents
A thank-you note and a care summary are separate choices. There is no accept-all.
One consent during a stay
An admission link carries Recognition only.
The care team, from the record
First name and last initial, role and unit.
A link that expires
72 hours by default at discharge; an admission link lasts the stay.
02 · Caregivers
Colleague to colleague.
A caregiver picks a colleague from a recently-worked-with list built from EHR co-documentation, picks a tag, and sends.
No leaderboards, no scores
Recognition is a message, not a metric a caregiver is measured by.
Positive only
Checked server-side before the message lands.
03 · The Ember
Ember
noun individual recognitionMost recognition stays where it lands. An Ember carries further: a patient can single out one caregiver, by name, or leadership can send one to an entire unit. Stronger recognition, pointed exactly where it's earned, and reaching the people who lead.
The one that travels
Everything else stays with the caregiver who earned it. An Ember is the single message that also reaches clinical leadership.
04 · Leadership recognition
Recognition from the top, sent where it's earned.
Leaders send an Ember to one person, a unit, or the hospital.
One person, a unit, or the whole hospital
The leader picks the scope; the message reaches every caregiver in it.
Positive only, like every Ember
The message is validated before it lands in the feed, and it shows next to patient and peer recognition on the dashboard.
